All items are handmade & production time does vary according to each design.
NON PERSONALISED DESIGNS:
between 1 - 5 business days for production before despatch, delivery will depend on postage method chosen at checkout
PERSONALISED & ENGRAVED DESIGNS:
between 5 to 7 business days for production, delivery will depend on postage method chosen at checkout
Exclusions include Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and some areas of the Highlands.
All orders which fail to arrive within 2 weeks must be reported to
Anouska Georgia London within 21 days of your despatch email in order for the situation to be addressed. If an order is reported missing after this time,
Anouska Georgia London could refuse responsibility for the loss.
Please note we do not offer a drop off or collection service.
All orders will be sent by International Signed & Tracked, please note that most parcels will reach their destination within two weeks, however parcels being delivered to countries within the EU are experiencing extended delays at customs. Please allow additional time for parcels to arrive. Refunds or replacements for items can only be processed once the item is shown as lost via tracking, if the item is delayed we cannot process a refund or replacement. Please note that all taxes & duty incurred at its final destination are payable by the customer and are not the responsibility of Anouska Georgia London.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure all correct addresses are provided at time of placing the order. Anouska Georgia London is not responsible for lost orders due to the incorrect address being provided.
All orders are despatched in either tissue with branded stickers or on branded cards in cello packaging.
If items are delivered damaged, such damage must be reported to Anouska Georgia London by email (email@example.com) within 48 hours of receipt.
